CudaCo. was founded on the idea of revolutionizing how we prepare, use, eat and ultimately think about non-traditional types of seafood (aka “trash” fish, like Barracuda). Our founders, award-winning Chef Shaun Brian and premiere local seafood distributor Chris John, are passionate about 2 things: sustainable aquaculture and pushing the boundaries of traditional seafood flavors. The mission is simple: become a catalyst for change in the seafood industry and make a true impact on our environment and community.
